Hawaii part 2

 When the weather wasn't the greatest or the sand was bothering the kids the pool kept them busy for hours. Justin wanted to stay in there all day. We'd wonder where he was and he'd be in the hot tub surrounded by the "old people" just relaxing and enjoying himself.

 Olivia tried out the water wings given to her by her Aunt and Uncle. They were great.

 She took in a lot of water though.

 We found that Austin had come out of his room, at night, and put on a water wing and fell asleep on the floor. Such a cutie.

 No mosquitos until we came to Iao Park. Unfortunately Madeleine is especially tasty and she walked away with a couple dozen bites.

Whale watching.  I got sick and went to the back.

 These last photos were taken from the submarine off of the coast of Lahaina. Eric, Aunt Lisa, Grandpa and the kids (all but Livi) went.

Fun in the Sun...Hawaii time (first batch)

 On our way....at the airport. The flight went well and Livi slept for half of it and they all loved being in a plane, yeah!!!

 When we arrived in Hawaii we had to sit in a hot plane for 30min on the runway as there was no spot for us. We, from the cold NW, were sweating in our winter clothes. When we finally got off the plane the kids changed clothes. Aunt Lisa had just arrived also!

 We found this great beach just down from the Fairmont. Fairly secluded and beautiful.

 Madeleine loved snorkeling! She spent most of her time in the water snorkeling with Eric. She saw at least 6 or more sea turtles and hundreds of fish.

 Olivia had so much fun eating, throwing and just getting sand about everywhere.

 Justin spent all his time in the waves either body boarding or just being crazy.

 Olivia loved the water when she was being held up. She got taken out by a wave early on which made her more cautious.

 We took 2 trips to the Maui aquarium! Great thing to have when the weather wasn't the best.
