Mmmmmm, abelskivers are something I grew up on. I love them with a sprinkle of powdered sugar. I have to get an abelskiver pan!

Oh my gosh, these are one of our family traditions. We have them every Christmas. I had my Aunt teach me how to make them this year and I got a pan. How fun. We love them with real maple syrup.
