I enjoy carrying on the
tradition of reading true Christmas stories and discussing how we can show our love and remember the TRUE meaning of Christmas. I need to be careful because Justin is such a sensitive soul that he can really feel the weight of the world and I don't want him laden with the woe's of others, even if the point of those in need is a valid one to get across to the kids.

There is always a project to be done on the property. Here we are with a bonfire made up cleared trees and bushes. We are working on clearing for a future garden.

This is Olivia in the old walker that Eric and his siblings rolled around in when they were babes. They don't make ones like this anymore.
Our friends, Colin and Laura Lynn, live on Vancouver Island just minutes from the ferry terminal. We were able to go to their house for a wonderful visit and dinner, thanks you guys. Then they came to Salt Spring for a day of craft fairs and dinner. We so enjoy their company and hope to convince them to move to Salt Spring when we move there.

The guitarist, also the manager of the pool, gave Justin a big hug after chatting with him for a few minutes. Justin had managed to talk his way into holding and playing his guitar...he's a smooth talker.

Madeleine and Eric making a candle. This craft fair, for kids, was at the Yoga house and was just perfect! The kids sang, danced, decorated and ate cookies, made crafts and played.
