Leaves

I thought these pictures were precious.



Madeleine has tried to have such a good attitude this Fall as there just aren't many mature trees in our neighborhood that shed their leaves. You know how fun it is to rake those sharp and pokey dried up leaves into a pile and then jump on them only to get some down your back or pants which cause you to itch....I mean those wonderful piles of leaves that you bounce, slide and lay in (I really did like to do this as a kid).
Madeleine has gathered up the hundred or so leaves from our young aspens and made leaf piles for Olivia. And might I add, the piles are only for Olivia, poor Austin was sternly rebuked when he tried to touch them. Olivia has loved this.
